Annual Meeting, September 22, 2012 - Ocala, FL

Our 2012 Annual Meeting will be held after the one day Central Florida Marlins Masters "Fall" Splash SCY meet on September 22 at the Central Florida Community College in Ocala. We will meet at the Olive Garden in Ocala - 3363 Southwest College Road. Our estimation is 2 - 2:30 pm, but if you are not swimming at the meet, you could drop by to see the timeline.
While we were scheduled to hold our Annual meeting at the SCM Rowdy Gaines meet in Orlando we did not have a quorum of the Board of Directors for the meeting. Since this is an election year and also includes Bylaws changes it is very important that we follow our Bylaws. Please plan to have a team representative present.
The minutes of our July meeting, Agenda, and Officer and Committee Chair reports and Convention reports will be posted below as they become available.
